At Pura Vita DXB, we’re committed to getting your orders to you quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping options below for both UAE and international deliveries.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within the UAE)

We offer multiple convenient delivery options:

Free Standard Delivery

Free for orders of 150 AED or more
Delivered within 1–2 working days
Note: Custom or personalized products require 2–3 working days for production before shipping

Express Delivery Options (Dubai Only)

2-Hour Delivery – 40 AED
• Available for orders placed before 4 PM
4-Hour Delivery – 35 AED
• Available for orders placed before 1 PM
Next-Day Delivery – 20 AED
• Orders must be placed before 4 PM

📌 For personalized items, production time still applies before express delivery can be scheduled. Contact us for urgent requests.

🌍 Worldwide Shipping

We offer international shipping via DHL Express for fast and secure delivery.

Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination
Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country

📦 Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 12 PM UAE time are processed the same day
Orders placed after 12 PM, on Sundays, or public holidays will be processed the next business day

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only for non-custom products
A +15 AED COD fee applies
We reserve the right to cancel future COD orders if previous COD deliveries were rejected or undelivered

We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors (e.g., weather, customs, local courier delays)
