Shipping Policy

  • We process and ship orders within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once shipped, delivery within the UAE typically takes 1–2 business days.

  • For custom and personalized items, production may take slightly longer depending on volume.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

  • We currently ship across the UAE and internationally. Delivery times may vary by location.


Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Returns must be requested by email before sending back the item

To start a return, contact us at puravitadxb@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Custom and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • We also do not accept returns on:

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

    • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

    • Gift cards

    • Sale items


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item was incorrect or defective.
