Once shipped, delivery within the UAE typically takes 1–2 business days.

For custom and personalized items, production may take slightly longer depending on volume.

Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be requested by email before sending back the item
To start a return, contact us at puravitadxb@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
