Are your products available in the UAE only?

Yes, we currently deliver across the UAE. We are based in Dubai and ship to all emirates.

Are all products ready-made or made to order?

Our candles and non-personalized items are ready to ship. Personalized items (anything with a name, photo, or custom text) are made to order and require 1–2 business days for production before shipping.

Which products can be personalized?

Most of our baby and gifting products can be personalized. This includes baby brush & comb sets, blankets, tiny tumblers, birth stat frames, milestone frames, mugs, the Custom Photo Candle, Heart Photo Candle, Forever Mom Gift Set, and our various gift boxes. Each product page will indicate if personalization is available.

How do I submit my personalization details?

On the product page, you will find a text field where you can enter the name, photo, or custom details you'd like. Please double-check your spelling before placing your order — we engrave and print exactly what you enter.

How do I send my photo for photo candles or photo products?

After placing your order, you can send your photo directly to us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM (@puravitagifts) with your order number. Please send a clear, high-quality image for best results.

What if I make a spelling mistake?

Please review your personalization details carefully before submitting. Since all personalized items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for spelling errors entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help.

Are the candles scented?

Yes, our candles are scented. Scent details are listed on each individual product page.

What sizes are available for candles?

Some candles are available in 8 oz and 16 oz sizes (such as the Matcha Latte, Iced Latte, and Custom Photo Candle). Others come in one standard size. Size options are shown on each product page.

Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes! We deliver to all emirates across the UAE. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Non-personalized items (candles, ready-made gifts): 2–3 business days
Personalized items: 1–2 business days production + 2–3 business days delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location within the UAE.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

💳 Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or change my order?

Since personalized products are made to order, we begin processing immediately. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes or cancellations.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout.

Can I order as a gift and include a gift message?

Absolutely! All our products come beautifully packaged. If you'd like to include a personal message with your order, please mention it in the notes at checkout or send us a message after ordering.
